THIS IS MY HONEST REVIEW I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ‼️ LONG REVIEW/STORY TIME My first and second time coming was amazing .I was greeted and assisted by someone who goes by Anna. She was very attentive and I felt great after each one . I scheduled a third service today she told to arrive at 1 . I arrived I was greeted , shown to the room I was going to be in . She then came in and told me someone else would do me I was very hesitant as this is a new spa for me . I’m getting used to her (Anna) she tells me this lady is good , she was not , I got a 90 minute massage which I received honestly 65/70 minutes of she was breathing hard acting as if she didn’t want to do the massage the ENTIRE time I told her several times my upper back my traps are my main areas . My last two massages with Anna I told her the same I had no complaints and she was very pleasant . Fast forward to ending this 65-70 massage she says I’m done I get dressed and I come to the register with 5 $20 which is the cost of the 90 minutes I didn’t receive the full time for, I was not pleased and it wasn’t a secret . The lady counts out the 5 $20 bills and stated this is 5 $20’s $100 Im aware I gave them to you . No tip she asked that’s it ? I honestly was not leaving her a tip she was rude and all the heavy breathing like she didn’t want to be there was my just cause . Tipping is voluntary not forced .Anna came over to register and said a tip I told her I’d gladly give her a tip for her services but not that lady . I paid cash because they charge 3.5% to use your card on top of tipping . The lady honestly didn’t deserve a tip her customer service was awful to say the least .I told Anna to run my card for $5 the lady stormed to the back very unprofessional . The lady that goes by Anna I’ve been to twice before today each time was pleasant and I told her I do not want that lady again I only want her . I was not comfortable . I do not feel like I just got a $100 massage . The massage the energy with her everything was off . This is my first bad experience here the first time I received a welcome gift from Anna the second time smooth no issues . Today NOT GOOD and to basically force me into a tip for poor service is crazy . I looked up some things to see if I was wrong and I’m not . I took stars off for that ladies rude disposition and awful attitude and the fact I paid for 90 minutes and she only did 65-70 the most . If you chose to go there make sure you get your FULL 30/60/90 min. Also request who you want to massage you and what you want them to concentrate on . However in no business will you be tipped for sloppy work and attitude .
